Therefore, we do hereby commit ourselves these code of ethics:

  • We shall refrain from the use of unethical, deceptive and unlawful marketing and advertising tactics when selling domain names. This includes but is not limited to the practice of making misleading statements about a domain name's pagerank, traffic, past earnings, link popularity or other crucial statistics that would sway a potential buyer.

  • We shall exercise the utmost level of professional conduct and integrity in all domain name transactions and associated business dealings with other domain name buyers, sellers, affiliates, auctioneers, employees and competitors.

  • We shall avoid the practice of shill bidding in any domain name auction, whether on our own auctions or those belonging to competitors.
  • We shall honor all sales agreements (including confirmed auction winners) regardless of any additional offers received after entering such an agreement.
  • We shall not engage in any shape, form or fashion, in the practice of domain theft or domain fraud, and shall not purchase or sell any domain name that is known to be stolen from its rightful owner.
  • In order to avoid misconceptions, misunderstandings and fraud, we shall truthfully and forthright acknowledge the identity of the legal owner of every domain name that we sell and expect the same for domain names that we purchase.
  • In communicating with potential buyers, sellers, affiliates and such, we shall operate in full disclosure of any and all pertinent information concerning each domain name and transaction.
  • Upon receipt of a dispute concerning any domain name owned, sold, auctioned or bought by the Domain Name Pros, we shall participate in an immediate resolution by researching said transaction with our escrow service and registrar and the examining the purchase agreement. After said investigation, we shall settle the matter based on the results of our investigation. If necessary, we will initiate dispute resolution utilizing the escrow service that oversaw the transaction.
