Once you're logged in to your PayPal account, you can make a mass payment from the Mass Pay link located in the footer of any PayPal page. Before making a mass payment, please make sure your PayPal account contains enough funds in the appropriate currencies to cover your payments and the fees. If you do not have enough, you'll need to transfer funds to your PayPal account by an electronic funds transfer from a confirmed bank account. If you have a Personal account, you will need to upgrade to a Premier or Business account. Mass payments cannot be charged to your credit card. To convert the funds in your PayPal account into different currencies, click Currency Balances on your PayPal account Profile page.
In addition, you are required to create a tab-delimited file with the recipient's email address, the payment amount, and the 3-letter currency code. You have the option of creating a unique identifier, such as an ID number, and a note to the recipient. Only one currency is allowed per mass payment file. To make mass payments in different currencies, you must create a file for each currency.
